As a Publication Specialist at Orlans Moran my duties included proofreading all legal notices to the newspapers regarding foreclosures to make sure everything was exact and accurate. In addition I confirmed with multiple newspapers that the ads were scheduled to run. All pertinent information was entered into the computer using company issued software (Practice Master). I would also clip the ads from the newspapers and file them appropriately. Any follow-up with the newspapers to request proofs, clippings and affidavits was done to ensure that the notices got published on a timely basis. As a Input Specialist with Rededocs I entered foreclosure information into the company software (Select) by monitoring websites, reports and public folders. This included new orders, updates, name searches that the client requested. I managed client websites from origination of order to insure the client was aware the status of the file until completion. I also managed cancellations and communicated to the correct departments the reason for it. I prepared recordings to be sent out to the different vendors and counties from a list the company provided.
