• Analyzed the effects of oxygen transport and sintering during the processing of nickel alumina with the presence of water vapor through Magellan SEM and X-Ray Diffraction imaging.• Manufactured nickel alumina capsules from initial powders for SEM observation through lab processes.• Experience with Magellan SEM, Sputter Coater, and XRD.
