In my role with Pepsi-Cola, I created innovative and cutting-edge roadmaps to meet the needs of future sales systems. I also have a strong experience level in annual operating plan (AOP) development, revenue and market share enhancement and organizational building. I developed numerous interface efficiencies, brand positioning, financial and market analysis, and top-to-top presentations and negotiations. I also chaired and have been seated on numerous committees charged with the responsibility of enhancing market share with national retail chain accounts.
