Over my 20+ years of business development and life in the channel, tackling the challenges and opportunities that the market provides on a daily basis has enabled me to grow and learn at the pace of innovation created by cloud services. The depth of knowledge I've acquired enables me to find and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation, moving partnerships forward with a focus on market differentiation and sales activation. Creating new business models, igniting transformation through disruption, and delivering performance through partnerships are cornerstones for me. With those in place, I've had the privilege of building our Hosting business from zero to $1B and taking our Azure partner business from zero to over $2B. Most recently, in Microsoft's Global Partner Solutions group, I have had the opportunity to work with hosting providers transforming to cloud services, build new Azure practices with managed service providers, and create new routes to market for partners through the Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) model. Partnering with this ecosystem has enabled my team and me to deliver recent Azure Consumed Revenue CAGR of 100% to more than $580M. ----------------------------------------------------A FEW CAREER HIGHLIGHTS- Successfully led Microsoft's competitive engagements to win with the Windows platform at hosting providers that had been built on Linux. Flagship win at Rackspace, launching Windows-based hosting services that established enterprise capability and comprised 50% of new servers deployed and 70% of new revenue, growing service provider licensing from zero to $30M. - Created a business management model for the US Hosting business used to create monthly forecasts, measure quota attainment, track forecast accuracy, and deliver monthly guidance through trend data and modeling, ultimately scaling to over 5,000 partners and applying same logic and methodology to Azure consumed revenue.- Nineteen straight years of 100%+ quota attainment, both as an individual contributor and manager, across partner hosted services, application services, and cloud services. - Led the channel activation and creation of new businesses that were market-disruptive, delivered rapid growth, and reached scale at over $1B. ----------------------------------------------------I'm open to expanding my network and look forward to connecting with you!
