Additionally, he is certified as a Wagner Enneagram Personality Styles Administrator and Trainer and a SYMBIS Marriage Facilitator, both of which are valuable tools for enhancing self-awareness and improving interpersonal relationships.Despite the value of degrees and certifications, Patrick believes that the most meaningful education comes from life experience. He has been married to Lindsey for 18 years and is the proud father of four kids. He also has a Goldendoodle named Tucker, who he jokingly claims holds him hostage…though they’ve learned to love each other.With over two decades of experience in leadership, Patrick has delivered lectures, presentations, and sermons to groups ranging from 5 to 5,000 people. He has spoken at academic conferences, faculty in-services, continuing education courses, university chapels, convocations, and various local church settings nationwide.
