With over 20 years’ through-the-cycle financial services experience, in commercial and residential lending in both Ireland and Australia, I bring a wealth of knowledge. I deliver the highest level of service, with a calm presence and an organised methodical approach that matches the vision for Long Property.As Head of Operations, I manage client services and have responsibility for ensuring the most important clients obtain approvals and complete settlements. I guide and educate colleagues, manage the office, drive marketing activity to increase business, and have created Operations and HR manuals.
