Acknowledged as a world-class entrepreneurial hub catalysing the ecosystem in Ireland, Dogpatch Labs was awarded the Google for Entrepreneurs Global Citizenship Award in September 2017. Alumni include many of Ireland’s fastest growing tech companies including Irish tech unicorn ‘Intercom’ and provides the global headquarters for CoderDojo, the volunteer-led movement of free computer programming clubs. Dogpatch actively supports social technology initiatives such as like CoderDojo, ChangeX, HackAccess, PyLadies, Social Innovation Fund and others.Dogpatch Labs runs Ireland's national startup accelerator programmes 'NDRC' which involves an equity based accelerator (€100k investment), pre-accelerators and ecosystem building activities. Dogpatch Labs runs corporate startup accelerators and intrapreneurship incubators with range of industry leading corporates including Ireland's national energy body (ESB), a leading European bank (Ulster Bank / RBS), a global FMCG giant (Unilever), global agricultural company (Alltech) and the 3rd largest re-insurance company in the world (Hannover Re).At the foundation of Dogpatch Labs is a partnership with Neville Isdell & Mervyn Greene of the CHQ Building. Neville Isdell’s unique and forward thinking mindset has enabled the mission-driven nature of the entrepreneurial hub and as a Chairman Mervyn Greene has overseen, contributed and guided its rapid evolution.

Hassle.com was founded by Jules Coleman and Alexandra Depledge. I joined prior to the $6M Series A led by Accel Partners and led the first international expansion drive into Dublin and subsequently centralised management of the market to the London HQ. Responsibilities included setting up local operations, office, hiring staff and coordinating a large scale PR and marketing campaign that spanned Irish radio, public transport, newspapers and digital channels. The Irish market exceeded expectations. This positioned me to deliver a first version of international expansion 'playbook'​ for Hassle.com which was then used to launch the French market.About 9 months later (July 2015), Hassle.com was acquired by a German company for €32M based on performance/positioning across the UK, Irish and French markets. Left Hassle.com to set up Dogpatch.

While in University, co-founded an environmentally focused startup which was accepted into University Campus incubation center (UCD Nova Innovation & Technology Center).Defined strategic vision for building an incentive based recycling program leveraging existing RFID bin infrastructure across Ireland. Formulated market entry strategy through analysis of waste management datasets, municipality business models and regional regulations.
