As an aspiring Professional I leverage my 12 years of US Army experience and my passion for the IT industry to provide innovative and tailored SaaS solutions to clients in the Tech Industry. I hold an active Top-Secret Clearance and multiple IT certifications, including ITIL and CompTIA A+, which enable me to understand and address the diverse and complex needs of my customers.I recently completed the Computer User Support Specialist program at ACI Learning, where I acquired the skills and knowledge to pursue an IT position. I am also working toward Network+, Security+, and Salesforce Administrator certifications, as I am eager to learn and grow in the fast-paced and dynamic field of technology.
