With almost four decades of experience in ministry in Young Life, I have hands on experience developing active and financially-healthy ministries. My direct experience as an Area Director gave me invaluable understanding of what our field staff encounter every day throughout the world. That’s why I love my current role directing Field Development and supporting field staff to help them build financially healthy ministries. When Young Life staff are financially healthy, they not only are able to focus more on ministry, but they build momentum for success in the future. I also co-host the YL Funding Help Podcast and speak at multiple trainings throughout the year. Additionally, I have consulted with dozens of ministries and nonprofits to provide insights into fundraising strategy throughout my career. My passion is to help people build financially-healthy ministries that allow them to reach more kids for Christ.
