As a Senior Program Manager at the Energy Trust of Oregon, I am responsible for the crucial role of overseeing and advancing the Existing Buildings program, a cornerstone of our mission. In this role, I serve as the primary contract administrator for a substantial contract focused on implementing energy efficiency services. management of the Program Management Contractor (PMC). Armed with a solid budget, well-developed program partners, and good market intelligence we were well-prepared to pursue the lofty kWh goal identified in the Conservation Potential Assessment. Working as part of a team to implement energy efficiency projects involving; energy management analyst customer services, providing technical assistance and guidance on energy-efficient technologies, managing trade allies and third-party program implementers, reviewing technical reports, building plans, blueprints, cost estimates, and measurement and verification of project close-out details. As the Energy Services Specialist, I loved working in a small service territory acting as a liaison between the Public Utility District (PUD) and its customers and providing technical energy analysis for residential, and commercial buildings and equipment and occasionally industrial processing and equipment. This position assists the Energy Services Supervisor in promoting and implementing energy efficiency (EE) measures throughout the PUD’s service territory by developing and implementing program strategies, managing conservation programs and trade ally contractors, and reporting results to internal and external audiences. I frequently supported the Customer Service Representatives to resolve specialized customer service issues or account and billing inquiries. Often relied upon to investigate and resolve customers' high bill complaints.
