With over 15 years of experience in strategy, product development, sales and marketing, I am passionate about creating and delivering customer-centric products and services that solve real-world problems and drive business outcomes.In my current role, I am responsible for the planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy, and the alignment of all functional teams, to unify JobsDB, JobStreet and Seek platforms to deliver a seamless and delightful user experience for millions of employers and job seekers. I also have a strong background in conversational AI and cloud transformation, which I apply to enhance the customer experience and engagement across the omnichannel communication, intelligent routing, and actionable insights features of the product. Previously, I was the Chief Strategy Officer at CINNOX, a customer experience SaaS startup, where I led the marketing and branding, GTM strategy, and operational direction of the business, and managed key analyst relations with Forrester and Gartner. And prior to that, I spent 14 years at CITRIX in various technical and business leadership roles driving successes in cloud transformation for large enterprise customers across APAC.
