Coordinating the Career Scholarship Account Program for Cyberdome and the 24 students that received scholarships to learn about Cyber security during high school. I started with little Cyber Security knowledge myself but have grown my knowledge in this area. I have built training for Cyberdome and our fellow companies under the DHVAJ umbrella. I have worked on Request For Proposals to surface more work for Cyberdome. I continue to grow and develop on a daily basis.

I worked on a team to develop internal employee training and Independent contractor development around our proprietary software and ever growing inspection opportunities. Seek Now partners with an ever growing number of insurance companies and private companies to meet their inspection needs. They also provide photography services for both residential and commercial real estate companies. I was involved in the development of training materials for that department as well. The tools we used were Microsoft Word and Power Point to start, including Snagit. Camtasia was used to produce videos for training, and later Articulate Storyline 360 was purchased for better engagement for the Adult learner. Project management software was Monday.com. We used the Docebo Learning Management system which was perfect for the growth over the past three years and has the ability to handle future company growth as well.

Life Safety Services (LSS), specializes in the inspection & repair of fire and smoke dampers, fire doors, and fire stopping in commercial facilities.I helped improve the productivity of the organizations employees through training. My position assessed organization-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. I identified, created, and lead training for employees located across the United States. I created job aids for specific processes as well as industry specific training for our team. My training was used in sales, customer service, and for our technicians both new to the company and seasoned employees. I developed training checklists with subject matter experts in operations. Delivered Picking Productivity Rates exceeding 100 percent within one month of hiring and 120 percent over the next four consecutive months.
