Responsible for assessing changes along with his design authority and producing product descriptions, schedules, impact assessments and cost models. The team consisted of 18 personnel covering Infrastructure, applications integration, testing, Training and ILS elements of the project. The aggressive time frames required many of the changes to be developed in parallel. Proactively managed risks and the customers expectations and took ownership of the overall program schedule liaising with the various MoD agencies to ensure a coordinated delivery into the deployed environment. Responsible for employing a team of engineers to deliver the system into the operational environment. Pulling the team together involved engagement with health and safety, arranging medical inspections and vaccinations, training, supply of individual protective equipment and liaison with HR for contract amendments for the personnel deploying.The project was defined as exemplar and was awarded the Chief of Defence Material Commendation in May 2008 -
