About Paul Barba

I try to combine deep technical expertise in AI and NLP with empathy and interest in humans and an obsession with delighting customers borne of working at a bootstrapped startup for over a decade to lead teams in changing what is possible in the wider business world now that the tools of AI are starting to arrive. Sometimes I write sentences that are too long.I've also written a book in the publishing process - Human in a Robot's World - to examine the impact of AI on society. There's a lot of skepticism (correctly) and a lot of futurism (great too), but not enough discussion on the impact of even just the current generation of AI as it's incorporated into our everyday life.I'm curious about where how we can leverage technology to make businesses better, and am always up for a conversation on the topic.
