I am a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor working in Crewe and surrounding areas.I am client centred and have a passion to teach people of all ages new skills and really enjoy seeing the progression from non driver to safe driver.I am highly skilled in engagement, coaching, development, influencing, negotiation and supporting all required in the role of a driving instructor.Previously I spent 30 years working for Akzo Nobel (AN) Dulux Decorator Centre (DDC). In this time, I achieved great success in varying roles throughout the UK that have allowed me to develop the skills required to be successful in both operational and sales roles. My time within DDC has also given me the opportunity to be field based and in store. Both situations have resulted in great success for the functions I was an integral member of at that time.
