About Paul Bradley

As Qld State Supply Manager for Healthscope I centralised the supply service in Qld across all Healthscope hospitals. In the process reducing the stock holding and off contract spend year on year across all sites. This was managed while maintaining high productivity along with a number of other supply chain efficiencies for the group.Prior to that I was initially an Environmental Services coordinator then assistant manager before becoming the department manager in my own right at Greenslopes Private Hospital. In this role I was responsible for a team of 180 staff providing services such as housekeeping, patient transport, waste and linen management. In this role I implemented systems such as CARPS a patient transport system, Top Cat a cleaning auditing tool and Micro-Fibre cleaning technology.I have extensive experience in health support services management where I am sought after to provide training and implementation plans for hospital support services.I have also provided healthcare waste management training interstate and overseas.
