I have a wide range of experience with working within and leading several diverse teams, and have found a way to surpass expectations for any task I have been given. I worked for Geyser Falls Water Theme Park as a lead lifeguard, and I had direct supervision over 90 lifeguards as well as the responsibility of insuring the safety of over 100,000 guests per season. Due to this experience, I became well versed in the skills required in leading a team and working with peer and became a steady voice of direction whenever a problem would arise. I value building a connection with the people I work with and leaving a work place better and more efficient than when I was introduced to it. I have a passion for building an organization, and taking any task given to me and investing all of myself into it. I excel at interacting within a team and finding the perfect balance of productivity and enjoyment in one's work. I have an outstanding ability to use my sense of humor and professional relationship skills to defuse any tense situations; as well, I have a knack for quickly finding the most efficient way to handle a difficult task.
