Paul is based in Ireland, managing executive search and coaching assignments globally for clients. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, leading HR and Talent Management functions for some of the world´s leading organisations. Paul is the founder of Arco Irish Executive Search where he helps a range of both large global businesses and SME´s hire CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CHROs and Finance Directors. He has extensive experience working with senior executives to build high performing leadership teams.He is a skilled presenter and conference speaker, notably at the CIPD annual conference, The European House Ambrosetti, the EMEA HR Directors Conference and the Global HR Summit, who has also authored articles and case studies in publications such as Personnel Today and The Irish Times. Has also had case studies published in two books authored by Janice Caplan, former Vice President of the CIPD, “Strategic Talent Development” and “The Value of Talent”, Kogan Press. Paul is a guest speaker at IE Business School and on a Real Madrid sponsored MBA program on Sports Management.Paul has a BA in Psychology from NUIG and a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology from UCC. As well as being a native English speaker, he is fluent in Spanish.
