Is the liaison for the TTU President regarding fundraising. Oversees all development operations in, Rawls College of Business, Whitacre College of Engineering, College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, The School of Law, Corporations/Foundations as well as Principal Gifts leadership team.

Led efforts that raised $40,000,000 + in 3+ years. As a major comprehensive, research-based business school with a wide variety of programs, the Rawls College of Business Administration:Educates and develops our students for positions of leadership in Texas and the global marketplace;Emphasizes partnerships with other Texas Tech units and external parties to provide educational and research opportunities for students and faculty and to provide benefits to our external stakeholders;Provides service to our educational and professional communities; andAdvances knowledge through research by the faculty and students.

Led efforts that raised $15,000,000+ in 16 months at St. Mary's University. At StMU we strive to attain and grow resources necessary to ensure a secure financial future, invest in new opportunities, and attract and retain a quality student body through collaboration and building a tradition of giving among students, alumni and friends. Along with expansion of fund-raising initiatives and outreach, St. Mary's University will be diligent in containing cost drivers to assure good stewardship and budgetary efficiency, and implementing measurable assessment of outcomes that will be key to evaluating our success. Campus-wide accountability and responsibility in developing budgets and prioritizing spending to advance strategies set forth in Vision 2012 are critical to accomplishing our goals.

Served as VP of Resource Development for a dynamic non-profit celebrating over 150 years of caring for children. Responsible for raising $7,000,000+ in private donations in less than 3 1/2 years for Palmer Home for Children.

Oversaw all aspects of budget preparation, major gift solicitation, and strategic planning; plans and leads all development efforts for the College of Science and Technology.

Worked with businesses and industries to increase revenue throughout a nine state area. Developed, created and maintained relationships with senior level management in several fortune 50 companies. Managed a team of five Regional Managers that had multiple responsibilities in over 300 accounts in the nine state areas.Responsible for several budgets across Payment Services segment of Western Union.Increased revenue 125% over previous year in the Southwest region-primarily in Texas. USAA a major player.

Drove efforts to generate new revenue in a territory that encompassed Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Memphis Tennessee.

Responsible for generating revenue in primarily supermarket, convenience, financial and casino industry for Western Union.
