This experience includes the definition, design and full lifecycle development of information systems. He has functioned as a Project Manager, Business/Systems Analyst/Designer/Developer, Technical Trainer, and Implementation Consultant for numerous client organizations in various industries (Manufacturing, Health Care, Oil, Public Sector - Federal, Municipal/School Dist.) He has designed and developed training materials to support classes he has taught and possesses strong oral and written communication abilities.Analysis, Design, Development and Project Lead Experience As an account manager at a major software vendor, he provided application implementation consulting, post implementation review, and system troubleshooting for a wide range of clients in both client/server and mainframe environments. He has been responsible for customer implementation successes. Specialized in Financial Applications with particular emphasis on Accounts Receivables. Provided technical expertise and direction throughout all phases of implementation. Developed customer-specific tools to solve customer problems and integrate the packaged software into specific environments. Provided on-site education (application and technical) to clients.
