Senior Software Engineer @ Darktrace.Started as a Software Engineer for Darktrace/Email working in python w/ PostgresSQL + Redis to develop, deploy and maintain various services.Core member of the team that built out and launched the Darktrace/Prevent product (Python, LDAP AD, Azure AD, Azure).Took a cloud native project made up of several services from architecture stage through to deployment in both AWS and Azure with 16 regions globally and now oversee the team working on that.Currently working on modernising the entire Darktrace/Email stack to allow us to cost effectively scale our workload (kubernetes, helm, EKS, AKS).Open source contributions outside of work @ https://github.com/Lan2u.Qualified as a private pilot as of March 2024 flying out of Cambridge and Duxford.
