At Crown Pointe Technologies we specialize in law enforcement training systems and have been serving public safety organizations across the country for over 15 years. We are the largest provider of both Academy and In-Service Training Systems in the country and our software is being used by police agencies, sheriff’s offices, departments of natural resources, police academies and corrections academies and other government agencies more than thirty states across the country. Late last year we released our FTO and PTO Systems and they have been received with great enthusiasm all across the country.

1. Provide first line support for customer service requests logged either through the Sabrix Support Network or through the toll free customer hot line. 2. Manage and enhance customer support system and knowledge base to encourage further self-service capabilities by customers and partners.3. Evaluate existing customer support plans and procedures. Update as required.4. Assist with other technical and analytical projects as assigned.5. Convey customer feedback to product management and executive staff.6. Maintain a working relationship with all departments.

Manage requests for hospital and clinical IT projects. I was the primary desktop lead for mobile wireless cart rollout project to all hospitals.

Provided 2nd level support for multi-user issues as well as office build outs and moves around the country.
