Led the establishment of multiple fertility clinic's domestically and internationally.Deliverables included Budget development and monitoring, site selection and acquisition, selection and management of design and build groups, cap ex budget/selection and procurement, staff recruitment, staff training programs, licensing approvals and operational readiness preparations.Delivered a full service Fertility clinic in centrak Bangkok. Clinic included consulting space, patient monitoring services, day surgery, alongside Embryology/Andrology/Genetics Laboratories. Upon completion progressed the clinic through the licensing processes through to the launch of clinical operations.

Established a new business unit for international advisory consulting services. Created a standardised system for the assessment of fertility clinics across laboratory, clinical services and management systems. Provided consulting services to over 25 international fertility clinics across Europe, Asia, North and South America.• Creation of a standardised assessment system to evaluate the capability of the treatments and management, suitability of the facility and equipment, and the quality of the processes and workflows. • Provided comprehensive written reports and presentations to senior management of over 25 fertility clinics across the globe. Identifying, communicating and prioritising the need and benefits of various adjustments to facility, equipment, systems and process change to senior stakeholders of the clinics.

Leading the Embryology Lab in the GENEA spirit, "No Greater Chance, No Greater Care."

After commencing in the Technical Officer Role supporting the Embryology and PGD departments, progressed to train as an Embryologist.During the time as an Embryologist, progressively held responsibility for - compiling and presenting the Laboratory KPI's (LPM's) as well as providing adhoc data requests- Regional Program Coordinator. This role oversaw the running of the regional program, which consisted of three temporary laboratory setups (Coffs harbour, Lismore and Orange). - Training Manager.
