Paul is the Managing Partner and Head of Commercial and Dispute Resolution at Berry & Lamberts solicitors.He specialises in advising businesses in ownership disputes, contract disputes with suppliers and customers, employment disputes and preparing commercial contracts. Paul also regularly acts on business sales and purchases whether they are asset sale/purchases or share sales/purchases.Paul assists businesses by preparing shareholders agreements, partnership deeds and directors contracts so that his clients are secure in the knowledge that their business has a healthy constitution.Paul also provides employment advice to businesses, assisting in ensuring a strong employer/employee relationship.Paul has extensive experience in Landlord and Tenant/Social Housing law and acts for Housing Associations, Private Landlords and Tenants.
