Paul also regularly acts on business sales and purchases whether they are asset sale/purchases or share sales/purchases.Paul assists businesses by preparing shareholders agreements, partnership deeds and directors contracts so that his clients are secure in the knowledge that their business has a healthy constitution.Paul also provides employment advice to businesses, assisting in ensuring a strong employer/employee relationship.Paul has extensive experience in Landlord and Tenant/Social Housing law and acts for Housing Associations, Private Landlords and Tenants.
