After 23 year continuous employment at Clarke Roxburgh/Jelf/Marsh I am officially being made redundant. The end of a very long and varied chapter from starting at a small local broker to being part of a multi-national behemoth! So come the end of the year I'll be ready for a new start. I've over 30 years experience in the insruance industry in Personal Lines and Commercial and my current role is Quality Assuarance with Marsh on both the Advisory and Corporate side of the business. My roles ranges from managing a team of 14 in our Worcester Claims team to now working remotely from home so I have experience in managing both my own and others workloads. I am no longer looking for a management/supervisory role and my preference would still be within the Quality/Compliance field of an Insurer or a Broker.
