As Senior Director of IT Operations responsible for data center operations, system and storage management, networking, telecommunications, research computing, help desk services, and information security. Management oversight of clinical, research, and administrative systems including Electronic Medical Record system, Epic scheduling/ADT/billing, Radiology PACS, Peoplesoft ERP, and Exchange. Manage several key vendor relationships and oversee annual capital and maintenance technology expenditures.
