I developed and trained technical teams to handle sound reinforcement, camera systems, lighting systems, projection systems and media systems for weekly services. I oversaw, upgraded, maintained and in some cases designed these technical systems, making purchasing and installation decisions and working with other industry professionals to achieve our greatest impact given our budget constraints.
