As a Director at Coravant, a software development company, I lead the delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and bespoke software solutions for clients. My responsibilities include overseeing technical direction, managing client relationships and leading team members. I have extensive experience working with Niko, a leading manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen products within the Roxor Group. My role involved utilising a wide range of technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, WPF, WCF, ABAP, and Microsoft SQL to develop and maintain various systems and applications.One of my key responsibilities was to work with multiple ERP systems, including the integration of a new system whilst maintaining the existing in-house system. This involved ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow for the organisation.Additionally, I was responsible for developing and maintaining public and external facing APIs, websites, and other digital platforms for customers and external suppliers. This required a deep understanding of web development principles and the ability to work with a variety of technologies.I also had the opportunity to work with a wide range of external suppliers and customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful collaboration and communication. This required strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.Overall, my experience at Niko has given me a broad range of technical and professional skills that I am confident will be valuable in any future endeavours.

Niko was bought by a company named Ultra Finishing Ltd but the companies traded independently of each other but we developed for both Niko and Ultra and its subsidiaries• Ultra was using ERP system named Solvitt which was an off the shelf ERP package, we integrated our inhouse ERP system to share data. Solvitt was eventually made obsolete and replaced by our inhouse business system due to the limitations and performance issues with Solvitt• Migrated production planning system to WPF and WCF solution and upgraded to .NET 4.0 and using DevExpress and extended the functionality and maintenance. This was later deployed to our other subsidiaries in UK and China. The programming pattern for this project was MVVM• Created analytic reporting website using ASP.NET MVC for Niko• Created and maintained the production system and ERP system for 4 of our subsidiaries. Each subsidiary required slight adjustments for business requirements.• Managed the Microsoft SQL Server to find slow performing queries and ensuring replication (Linked to China) was optimised

Niko had acquired a few smaller companies• Maintained and extended the functionality of our existing inhouse ERP system in VB.NET WebForms using .NET 3.5. The programming pattern for this project was three tier architecture• Developed an ASP.NET WebForms using .NET 3.5 website for technical users to produce BoM (Bill of Material) break downs and show the cost-effective parts• Created many reports scheduled reports in various formats (Excel, PDF etc) for the board
