During this time, I have had many different responsibilities: Software Development, Programme/Project Management, Professional Services, Operations & Finance, and Developer Relations. My main passion is building and facilitating teams by focusing on people and processes. By creating an empathetic & collaborative culture, ensuring transparent communication, mentoring, installing a shared vision, focusing on metrics to assess value, and driving execution. Seeing teams of smart, creative, and engaged people deliver value makes me happy!My other focus is tech communities; they help drive learning, ideation, and networking within the tech industry.
