I am a highly experienced Business Change Manager/Business Analyst with 22 years’ service within the banking industry. During the last 14 years I have delivered a wide range of business and technology related changes for a major UK/international bank.Between 2004 and 2010 I successfully undertook a Senior Business Analyst role specialising in the domestic and international payments arena. These industry and mandatory projects included BIC & IBAN Compliance, Delivery of the TARGET 2 Payment mechanism, Annual SWIFT Standards Releases/SWIFT Gateway upgrades and delivery of the Cover Payments message type (MT202COV).Since 2010 I have successfully undertaken a Business Change Manager role with a continued focus in the payments function. I have built business change delivery teams and successfully delivered multiple payments projects. These have included, Wolfsberg Hold for Cover, SWIFT Standards, SWIFT REF, Payments Transformation and The Independent Commission on Banking (ICB).I have a proven track record of successful delivery of payments projects whilst working to tight industry and mandatory deadlines. I am competent in all aspects of project delivery, including associated governance and methodologies.
