• Responsible for closing out Engineering Change Notices that were generated during Point Lepreau and Wolsong Refurbishment projects.
• Ensure all Operating Experience relating to tooling has been collected and incorporated into appropriate documents.

Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station, Saint John NB

• Managed and supervised engineering group to complete critical path activities safely and as efficiently as possible. All activities were carried out ensuring procedures, codes and regulatory requirements were followed.
• Reviewed and redesigned construction processes to ensure all processes incorporated lessons previously learned on similar projects.
• Planned all activities to ensure proper flow of materials and processes were in place before work was executed.

Wolsong Unit 1 Nuclear Station, Ulsan South Korea

• Managed and provided technical support for complex processes involving the removal, installation of large radioactive tubes and other various nuclear components.
• Developed partnerships with the client and worked together to ensure all Korean regulations were followed by working together on procedures, process design and maintenance activities.
• Responsible for preparing and planning routine maintenance activities on various equipment. Worked together with the Tool Testing Maintenance technicians and trades to ensure the maintenance plans worked with the.

Point Lepreau Generating Station, Saint John NB

• Created processes and prepared procedures for executing high risk work ensuring that all movements were as efficient as possible to minimize personnel exposure to radiation.
• Trained various trades to perform the designed construction work.
• Facilitated groups in discussing their perception on the process that was designed to make improvements before the process was taken to the field where the work would be executed.
• Participated a cost/benefit analysis to assess the number of toolsets required to perform construction work. The decision was made to reduce the number of toolsets that would be purchased, saving over a million.
