IT Project Management1. Lead IT project management office (PMO) to govern overall IT projects, covering full IT systems including but not limited to SAP, plant applications (MES, ODS, MAS, LIMS, Workflow...) , servicedesk, telecom and infrastructure.2. Thanks to my outstanding performance during the projects, I was promoted to IT Manager following SAP Applications in IT Greta China & Support Center for different areas, e.g. Logistics and Warehouse Management (WM-LE), Sales and Distribution (SD), global business support for all SAP modules and business partner of Supply Chain, logistics and manufacturing.Main responsibilities are: 1. Work with Asia Logistics Director to review and define the strategy of OSRAM Asia logistics, plan different projects, and follow the implementation/rollout with different SAP module teams and business owners.2.Call (helpdesk ticket) handling. As a SAP 2nd level support, keep contact with 16 Business Groups (BGs)’ Super Users, receive and handle calls from them.3.Process definition and documentation update. As the process owner of Logistics Asia, define new logistic process according to the business requirement from Asia BGs, introduce and roll out all new processes to BG logistic operation. Keep well understanding of all kinds of processes in Logistics Asia, and update the documentations in time4.User training. Prepare training materials, discuss and define the logistic process with BG key users. Define test scripts according to each BG’s actual business, and do some testing together with BG key users, to mark sure all the key users understand their business process and the SAP operation.5.System update and release change. Join all system update and release change project, including R/3 system and APO system. Prepare, review and update the test scripts for logistics, do some function test and integration test for all Asia BGs according each BG’s really business. Follow up all system changes or harmonization very closely, to make sure all the current functions and the new functions can work correctly after system upgrade.

Title: Warehouse SupervisorReport to: Logistics ManagerSubordinate:10Responsibilities:1.SAP Key User of MM & WM.-May-October 2006, as a Key User, I joint TetraPak China ISP (Information Systems Platform) project in Shanghai and travelled to Malmo Sweden for one month SAP training. Worked with our colleagues from the other sites of China to learn and discuss the As-is process flow of TetraPak China, and define new BBP, set up a 4000 m2 new warehouse in Foshan with SAP WM structure and Witron system. Train all the end users of logistics, follow up cut over action plan and provide SAP go live support, to make sure SAP go-live successfully and run smoothly lateron.-SAP Training, coaching and daily support to warehouse end users, coordinate with SAP center support team to fix all the SAP issues.2.Warehouse and shipping management.-Focus on perfect delivery KPI, keep good communication with CSE, Production, QA, continue to improve shipping procedure, got 95% perfect delivery for 2007, and keep No. 1 of TetraPak global factories.-Focus on ETA management, built up a daily tracking system for finish goods delivery, keep customer updated about the delivery status, improved our customer satisfaction from 37% of 2006 to 95% of 2007.-Focus on inventory management, run daily inventory report to follow up inventory status, and do physical inventory every month to check and correct the stock figure. Set a safety stock for raw material base on the monthly consumption and purchasing cycle, build up some storage shelves for consumable and additional material, tried to in full use of the warehouse.-Focus on transportation company management, sign out a Service Level Agreement with each of them. Monthly review & evaluate the service of the transportation company, to push them to improve their delivery quality and service level. Summarize their total performance on month end, and submit the result to National Logistic Manager.

Performed as a good Team Player, I was promoted to Logistic Planner on December 1st, 2004, directly report to Logistic Manager.2.December 2004-April 2006, work as Logistic Planner (Leader of DI team), in charge of all direct import (DI) shipment, improved work procedure and built up a strong team. Had great contribution to order handling, transportation arranging, claim handling, and customer satisfaction improving, kept the average on time delivery rate above 95%.
