•Overall responsibility for the financial report of an infrastructure complex project (public transportation)•Executing contracts aiming at maximizing project profit and customer satisfaction •Performing all commercial duties, incl. accounting in accordance with Siemens internal accounting guidelines •Follow up on claims and outstanding money, provisions and invoicing •Performing project budgeting and forecasting, performing project reporting and Cost controlling •Contract and Claim management including negotiations with customers and suppliers •Reporting project status to senior management and to the headquarter•Evaluate risks and opportunities of the project •Close contact with customer to ensure the proper contract execution

Main activities and responsibilities: Analyze the financial project’s situation considering taxes, risk management, NPV, EVA and cash flow to report to the Head Quarter. Develop business proposals in different business scenarios like maintenance, outsourcing and leasing. Acting directly with the legal/fiscal and taxes areas to ensure the business unit objectives.Support the Finance Manager decisions with projects viability and rental analysis.Tracking contract performance after sale, analyzing fixed assets, monthly depreciation, invoice cycle, monthly costs, debtors and creditors accounts to foresee and to manage the monthly and quarterly end closing. Onsite dealing with customers to negotiate accounts receivables and to solve contracts doubts.
