The Centre for Innovative Human Systems (CIHS) brings together a critical multidisciplinary RTD capability in process innovation, development and application of new technologies, and managing risk and organisational change. The GeneSIS project at TCD implemented a new Student Information System (SITS) aimed at improving student, academic and administrative processes. My role involved:• Development and implementation of training strategies – training in relation to the usage of the client based system, and in relation to the portal based system• Problem solving • Data gathering and analysis and identifying new busines processes• Performance and project management• Change Management - dealing with collegewide issues in implementing a complex information system

Leading a number of projects; key skills and competencies displayed through this work:• Strong leadership communication and facilitation skills• Ability to deliver results in a timely manner• Coordination of multiple teams and activities• Management of projects from innovation to delivery including project proposals, ethics submissions, quality control, financial management and reporting• Innovation of ideas, contributing to Trinity Research and strategic developments within children’s healthcare in Ireland resulting in funding from various bodies.• Recruitment of team of researchers • Development of conference presentations, conference papers and journal articles relating to project findings • Collaboration with national and international partners together with presentation of findings locally, nationally and internationally• Coordinating Press and PR events Academic Teaching - Trinity College Dublin (TCD)• Design and delivery of curriculum for modules in Health Informatics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Finance & Administration Unit • Issuing staff contracts, and ensuring legal compliance for immigration and visa requirements• Maintaining role of emergency roster of consultants to deploy to the field following worldwide Natural Disasters• Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts in line with donor policy guidelines• HR management

Rights & Reproductions Officer• Design and implementation of criteria and guidelines for reproducing paintings from the National Collection• Managing the contracts in relation to copyright of the National collection• Financial management and reporting
