I am a senior focused majoring in Human Resource with a minor in Marketing. My experience in the corporate world has allowed me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds which has allowed me to develop strong leadership and communication skills that facilitate my relationship with others. In my time as a Bauer student, I have been able to be a part of several student organizations and programs such as HBSA, and SHRM where I have developed skills like public speaking, personal branding, and team development. Being involved in these organization not only help me develop my self professionally but helped me realize my passion for the development of others . Currently, I am seeking an internship that will allow fully immerse myself in a human resource engagement role and fulfill my passion for developing others.
