As an SDE II, I tackle ambiguous problems and collaborate across teams to build great things for our customers and improve the quality of our existing features.

As a software engineer, I build, improve, and maintain the optimizations software that helps our customers get the most out of their AWS infrastructure.

As an Apprentice at AWS, I am took on projects and worked with my mentor to build my skills as a Software Development Engineer. This program was organized by Apprenti and is an official apprenticeship under the Washington State DOL.

I put in the legwork to help people find their, "Right place, right time." It's only when people get together that we can make cool things happen. This is accomplished by:•Attending events outside of SOBA to better understand our community and identify opportunities•Working with community leaders to serve the interests of our broadcasters and the greater Seattle ecosystem•Connecting industry professionals with the teams and members of SOBA who are best suited to provide a mutually beneficial relationship

Over the years, I have worked many temp jobs. These include:• Fulfillment Associate, MailStream Inc - Packed CFL light bulbs for local utility customers. • Driver Helper, UPS - Delivered packages during the holiday season rush in Post Falls, Idaho. • Car Wash Associate, Experian - Cleaned up cars before dawn so they would be ready for that day’s auction.• Background Actor, ZNation - Appeared on several episodes of ZNation as a background zombie. • Haunter, Scarywood Haunted Nights - Played a cave monster at Silverwood’s Caved In attraction.
