The team can now leverage content in a new way for lead generation that understands value prop through marketing. The new portfolio approach has also impacted other divisions as the marketing division now functions as an internal agency to support different business units.Strategic planning and agility are core skill sets that drive my approach to leadership. I am driven to achieve best in class quality for every marketing initiative to support organizational success. A notable achievement from my work with IIA is consistently supporting year-over-year (YOY) revenue growth at an average of 5-10% growth annually. The organization was achieving $30 million per year in revenue when I began my work and is now exceeding $65 million annually. This constant incremental growth was maintained steadily even through COVID, which required a sudden transition to and online business model. IIA sustained revenue when other organizations were upside down through that era. I led the team to pivot certification testing and client support to virtual modalities. This required heavy and continuous communication and marketing support. We maintained the organization’s value proposition with the same quality delivered online as in person.
