Working closely with the CEO, the role included sales, marketing, partnerships including the Facebook set up, fund raising, tech development and customer experience/success management. Over this time we grew from a start up with zero revenue in Rangiora to offices all over the world continually innovating to meet customers needs.

50% Shareholder and Chair. Located in both Akaroa and Lyttelton Harbours near Christchurch, Black Cat is one of the pioneers of the eco-tourism industry. Over 100,000 people annually experience a trip ranging from dolphin swimming and nature cruises to local ferries and private charters.

Over this time we took Black Cat Cruises from a relatively small, but well known, business to become one of the New Zealand's top tourism companies winning the 2003 supreme tourism award and doubling the size of the fleet from 4 to 8 vessels

Entrada’s businesses include NZ transport icon Intercity, GreatSights, Auckland Whale and Dolphin Safari and Northland Ferries. In Australia Greyhound Australia and Queensland based cruise operations include outer reef dive and scuba trips, liveaboard dive experiences, Daintree and Noosa car ferries, Cairns dinner cruises and Frankland Islands Reef Cruises. Ngai Tahu Tourism owns some of the most iconic activities in New Zealand including Queenstown's Shotover Jet and Rotorua's Agrodome along with Helicopters, Hot pools, Hollyford Walks and Huka Jet amongst others. Chair of Safety and Sustainability Committee. Also consultant to the Ngai Tahu Holdings CEO during the covid crisis and director of All Blacks Experience, a JV with NZ Rugby during 2020.

Became the national airline's youngest director at 39 with input across a number of areas. Governance through the lows of Perpignan, the GFC and the earthquakes and the highs of record profits, new routes and numerous culture awards. Director across the Palmer/Fyfe and Carter/Luxon eras. Safety Committee member.

Chairman of the Regional Tourism Organisation board overseeing the direction of Canterbury tourism through both good times and more challenging times including recovery efforts after the 2011 earthquake in Christchurch. Chair from Oct 2006.

Governance of the national tourism organisation through the 100% Pure Campaign. Included the early days of web marketing, TVCs and events such as the giant rugby ball and Chelsea flower show.

Overseeing and driving group marketing campaigns for THL (Maui, Great Sights, Kelly Tarltons, Waitomo Caves, Milford Sound Red Boats, Treble Cone, Helicopter Line and Challenge Rafting). Also coordination of the NZ Leading Attractions campaign.

Led the marketing of the UK and Scandinavian markets from London. Then moved to Singapore to lead regional marketing efforts across all of Asia and Japan.

London based promotional campaign manager for clients including Warner Brothers, Selfridges, Honda and Dan Air.
