Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and executing a new supply chain security data, information, and intelligence analytics program - supporting the secure and efficient movement of Merck/MSD products and materials end-to-end worldwide. The focus of the SCS intelligence program is protecting patient safety and securing the supply chain against illicit actions, diversion, theft, and terrorism that threaten product integrity.Paul is building this SCS intelligence program from the ground up, and the Merck SCS group is one of the first in the industry to establish a dedicated SCS intelligence program. The focus of the program is to manage security risks, maintain metrics-based reporting capabilities, develop best-in-class policies and standards, and execute on a robust engagement and awareness strategy.

Delivered on Product Integrity Strategy through data governance, database management, report generation, ad-hoc intelligence, and awareness campaigns. Responsible for compiling the Product Integrity Annual Report, a comprehensive and high priority deliverable that encapsulated the prior year's efforts of protecting patient safety and major trends via intelligence analysis. The report was delivered to internal stakeholders and executives to justify our mission and highlight important challenges the company was facing.
