These organizations are co-creating and implementing powerful industry-specific, AI-driven solutions with ServiceNow, and their success is our top priority!This role is a continuation of 20+ years as a purpose-driven, growth-focused executive. Most recently, I served as ServiceNow’s President, Strategic Accounts and led the teams responsible for building and delivering a breakthrough experience to ServiceNow’s most strategic Marquee Customers. Prior to that, I spearheaded the effort to establish the new category of value acceleration as Senior Vice President, Customer and Partner Excellence. This included building, launching, and scaling ServiceNow Impact – a value acceleration solution that is, thanks to our customers, one of the fastest-growing products in ServiceNow’s history. Prior to ServiceNow, I led Under Armour’s global Direct-to-Consumer, Connected Products and Apps businesses as its first President, Connected Fitness and Chief Experience Officer. Before joining the business world, I served in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, which shaped my leadership perspective and priorities (the mission, the team, yourself – in that order). I hold a B.S. in Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Baltimore and am a graduate of The Wharton School Advanced Management Program.
