My partner Dave Newbold and I are a Senior Creative/CD team currently at House 337 (Engine).A highly prolific, award-winning hustler, maker and doer, I'm perfectly at home working in any medium. My ideas have appeared on the BBC News, in the D&AD annual (seven times so far), on the National Curriculum and on my mum's fridge.My name is on a Cannes Titanium Grand Prix, but I'm just as proud of the two IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix my work has won. Plus, the fact I've won awards in categories ranging from TV to Mobile, from Online to Print, from Digital to Direct Mail, and from Interactive Outdoor to Branded Content.Prior to House 337 I worked at Ogilvy, DLKW Lowe, Duckworth Finn Grubb Waters and TBWA/London.I've produced work in almost every sector, but have loads of experience in sports marketing, automotive, energy, retail banking, comedy writing and charity/public service.I love rolling my sleeves up and getting my hands dirty, but can flex my CD skills if required, having previously run business including Morrisons, the government’s Anti-teenage pregnancy campaign, Krispy Kreme, Nestlé, ExxonMobil and The National Blood Service.Outside of work I mentor and run workshops for Greenwich Uni's advertising course, and have a photography business side hustle. I also volunteer at my local athletics club, ferry my daughter around to track & field competitions (she's one of the top ranked junior sprinters and long jumpers in the UK), and regularly lose to my son at golf.www.daveandpaul.com
