- Led a world class team of financial crime investigators assisting law enforcement in criminal investigations involving crypto currency for the largest digital asset exchange in the United States.- Organized quarterly sprints focusing on different typologies of criminal activity (Terrorism finance, CSAM, Mixers, Dark Net Market Vendors, Etc.) resulting in numerous arrests of threat actors across the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union.- Designed and directed a research project to understand the current state of scams and how scams impact customers, fraud metrics, impact on downstream workflows for customer service, compliance, security, payments risk, and global intelligence and produced recommendations to: improve our response to scams, tagging of scam related wallets at scale, improve data collection from customers/victims, and improve fraud detection- Led cross-functional response for numerous Congressional subpoenas- Developed and administered Continuous Education curriculum for the Trust and Safety Department including hands on experience and walkthroughs with DEFI, DAPPS, Layer 2s, Ethereum Name Service (ENS), and minting NFTs.
