With Qantas servicing 23 markets within Queensland my role is to engage with the local Governments, tourism bodies, Agency Partners and Business Chambers to ensure we have the right fleet, network, schedule, pricing and community engagement to the benefit of both Qantas and our Enterprise, Mid-Market and Small Business customers by developing strategies for each market that I deliver by working internally across the lines.- Business development and Account Management- Development of company-wide market plans- Developed and executed structured presentations for key stakeholders in market- Senior stakeholder management (including C-Level)- CRM management (Salesforce)- Strategic problem solving and innovative thinking
