• Consulting role with MarkWest to establish and build an IT PMO organization. 3 year roadmap was developed and is continuing to track to delivery• Delivery responsibilities included Oversight of 35+ annual active projects, with annual budget of $17-25MM Team grew over the past three years to 15 project managers, 2 Finance Analysts, 2 Compliance analysts and a Change Readiness consultant Process improvement and PMO project tracking and financial management.

Evaluated and introduced new products for the SAGE business line with a focus on OEM/ODM partnerships. • Launched Catalyst Labs to promote and incubate new innovative video products. • Senior leader of the Comcast West Division PMO. Linked to regional PMO groups of over 60 Project Managers across the Division including 7 distinct regions. Primary responsibilities include:• Portfolio tracking, Pipeline Intake and Capacity Management for the West Division; ensuring approved projects align to the Division business plan• Oversight and delivery responsibility for 200+ active projects across all products and lines of business in Comcast West Division footprint

• Responsible for building the IT Applications PMO across a broad range of products including ad-insertion, video streaming and asset workflow. Focused on portfolio intake, reporting and KPI tracking along with additional Program and Project Management responsibilities. Plus, the transition to the Agile PMO model including Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and Product Owner (proxy) roles. Major achievements include:• PMO leader role included management of up to 15 direct reports of FTE and contractor scrum masters, project and program managers plus leading continuous improvement practices with Agile Coaches and Rally trainers to transform the organization. • Founded the Agile CoE (Center of Excellence) for Comcast - built transition plan to develop Agile Coach model to train, mentor, and consult with teams across the organization. • Delivered presentations at Mile High Agile 2014 and RallyOn 2014 conferences. • Delivered organizational re-structuring to a software development enterprise utilizing Scrum and Kanban delivery methodologies. • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC); CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
