In the role of Content Director, I provide global messaging oversight and copy direction across all channels and mediums for our largest, full-service account. Mentoring other writers and content producers, I’m responsible for leading discussions around brand messaging and tone while working to ensure a strong, consistent voice is communicated across all of our clients' marketing touchpoints.

As a senior copywriter for one of the largest business-to-business ad agencies in the U.S., I help our clients communicate in meaningful ways to sell their goods and services to other businesses. With longer sales cycles, fewer buyers, and significant product complexity, the challenges versus business-to-consumer marketing are significant. But the successes are all the more rewarding.

While overseeing key projects for both creative and technical internal teams, I was also the primary point of contact for top-level external audiences. My ongoing responsibilities included key client project management, team direction, creative direction, search marketing management, and participation in overall strategic direction as part of a three person management team and a partner in the business.

Managing projects for both creative and technical teams while overseeing creative product and content development became my primary areas of focus as I grew in my role at Sharp Innovations. As the director of our creative content, I wrote and oversaw content development for over one hundred client websites while providing creative team direction and handling creative-related client interactions. My responsibilities included content creation, content editing, sales meeting participation, creative team direction and participation in strategic direction of business as part of three person management team.

I provided freelance proofreading and copy editing services to this nationally distributed periodical for Porsche automobile enthusiasts. My contributions to the publication included text proofreading, layout mark-up, copy revisions, and article submission.

Originally recruited by e-Walker (which was then bought by Scheffey Integrated Marketing), I worked with accounts including Armstrong World Industries, York Wallcoverings, Franke USA, and others. My responsibilities included writing for search engines, writing for paid search, web page uniformity assurance, web page proofreading, and project management.

As a Marketing Associate, I co-managed accounts including The High Companies, Joe Corbi's fundraising, Patapsco Designs, Berks Packing Co. and others. Typically, my responsibilities included creative concepting, light copywriting, proofreading, account management, and project management.

I was recruited by Stoner Bunting to manage DuPont Corian and DuPont Automotive Finishes accounts and to assist in project development for accounts including DuPont STAINMASTER, Linens-N-Things, and Whitaker Centers for Science and the Arts. My ongoing responsibilities included account management, project management, team management, and new business research.

An intern for 2 summers at Donovan, I was hired full-time in 1998 to worked with the account management team in providing marketing services for Lancaster General Hospital, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Hershey Foods, Fulton Bank, and other regional accounts. My responsibilities included account management, project management, event coordination and media management.

Immediately upon graduating from college, I was hired by Altec Lansing to handle international sales logistics for one of their largest OEM accounts, Gateway 2000. I also worked with several smaller accounts, and coordinated shipping with global offices in Ireland and Australia. My responsibilities included order placement, order tracking, inventory management, and account support.
