Responsible for Drive the Company’s solutions through the sales process from an initial demo to the closure.Support the partners in their pre-sales activities (seminars, demos, training, pilots...)Help to partners to address the proper information for System Management, Security, Mobility and Service Desk solutions (ITSM) (Pre-requisites/ customer needs identification, prove of concept, create and analysis of RFP)Provide technical support for internal marketing activities tradeshows, press, case studies.Help support team on critical and strategical clients.Coordinator during critical phases (product deployments, migrations, upgrades…)Customer on-site visits on a regular basis to define the evolution (upselling) and promote the image of the Company.

Responsible to present the company’s solutions from vendors as: LANDesk, WebSense, NetIQ, CA and Facetime;Prove of concept on clients, write and analysis of RFP;Responsible to manage the implementation, satisfaction of the client;Coordinate the support team to address the solution for the problems;Training the internal team on new and existing solution;Responsible for the internal network, maintenance of firewall, AD servers, routers, printers etc..

Responsible for support of the solution from partners as: Anti-Spam Websense, Web filter WebSense e FaceTime, FireWall FortiGate.Interact with support from manufacturer to resolve problems from customer as :Prodesp, Sabesp, Alesp, Ipiranga, DER, Link Corretora, Grupo Ultra.
