    Salvador Bahia Brazil
As a UX Consultant, I worked on the Bahia Solidarity Economy Portal project, led by SESOL, CESOLs and Instituto AUÁ, with the aim of boosting sales and consolidating the solidarity economy as an economic alternative in 13 CESOLs.I applied methodologies such as Atomic UX Research, with improvements developed by me, to deeply analyze user needs and the project context. I used OSINT techniques to gather relevant information about the solidarity economy. I combined Lean UX and Design Thinking principles, with tools such as Double Diamond, Proposition Canvas, empathy map, CSD and prioritization matrices.I identified the real pains and needs of Solidarity Economic Enterprises (EES), such as lack of infrastructure, trained personnel for e-commerce and the need for adjustments in production and regularization. I also identified legal and logistical barriers, and that 60% of producers needed support to structure and maintain business sustainability in a scalable way.Based on the findings, I recommended redirecting the project to prioritize modernization and training actions for centers and EESs, before implementing e-commerce. I suggested adapting production processes, implementing inventory management systems, regional forums for adopting modern processes and marketing alternatives suited to each region.I adapted the methodologies to collect data efficiently in a short period, considering resource limitations and access to technology. I overcame logistical and communication challenges and navigated different public and private interests, ensuring that users' needs were prioritized. The recommendations avoided unnecessary expenses and directed the focus to the real needs of entrepreneurs, increasing the effectiveness of actions and positively impacting efforts to combat unemployment and develop the territories served.
