I have been working as an independent coach, facilitator and consultant for more than thirty years, after starting work professionally with Deloitte and then PwC. In 2003 I set up The Beyond Partnership in 2003 with Marie Faire to create a vehicle for supporting people individually and in teams to take their next step, to build resources to push the boundaries and challenge the status quo and to create their vision, offering open events alongside in-house work.I work with people and organisations that want to make a shift in their being as well as their doing. I bring a broad based holistic integrated business and personal approach. I am particularly known, including among coaches, for my skill and experience working with the body, as well as the mind and emotions, to address performance, leadership, resilience, stress, wellbeing, vitality, energy management, confidence, and similar challenges, - basically whatever they want. In a larger frame I believe ‘there is another way’. We are being called to live a new story that recognises our interconnectedness and that we have a responsibility to develop ourselves and bring our best selves individually and together to the challenges we face. I believe in our human potential to step up and to make the difference.I offer a variety of workshops (and dedicated coaching), in-person and virtually, engaging the body-mind, including Leadership Embodiment, Being In Flow, Foundations of Wellbeing, Embodying Your Year - Walking Your Path, Archetypes & Our Potential Within, Embrace Tiger Return to Mountain (a tai ji based workshop) plus somatic based retreats.
