Assist the Board in developing, implementing, and monitoring our Strategic Plan. Work with our board and leadership teams to adopt and review strategic policies that reflect best practices and legal requirements.Lead the daily business and administrative operating systems to attain effective and efficientresults.Direct a range of financial activities to assure sound financial practices that align with our school's mission and vision. This includes conducting financial analysis to interpret trends, ensuring that our budget maintains our educational programs and builds our financial reserve, and implement practices based on established financial policy.Work with Human Resources staff to provide an engaged workforce able to meet the needs ofthe school. Ensure that student transportation is provided consistent with law and that studentsreceive safe and efficient transportation.
