I graduated with High Honors this Spring (2019) with my AA. I have started classes towards my Bachelor degree in Business management. In the fall (2019) I plan on transferring to another local college where I will further my education and pursue my BAS in Supervision and Project Management, focusing on Supply Chain management and procurement. Throughout my Air Force career, it has always been my passion to help people get what they need. I was the go to guy when something had to be researched, negotiated and then procured. In the end the troops were provided with the tools to accomplish the mission.

Seminole State Forest

As a Park Ranger my job description varied day-to-day. My day could range from answering casual questions and leading visitors on guided tours to assisting in fighting wild land fires. I worked as the lead accountant for Seminole State Forest, where I was in charge of reconciliation of forest recreation accounts. Entrusted for maintaining over 44 miles of hiking/horse trails on 26K acres and interacting with the public on a daily basis. Purchasing card holder; responsible for researching and procuring equipment vital for forestry and wild land firefighting operations. Certified through NWCG as an Equipment Manager (EQPM) providing service, repair, and fuel for all apparatus and equipment; provides transportation and support vehicle services; and maintains records of equipment use and service provided during wildfires. Other duties as a Park Ranger include: Implementing management plans for vegetation and wildlifeUsing natural and chemical means to control invasive species of plants, Implementing reforestation and erosion control, managing and maintaining vehicle fleet, and purchasing card holder.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

The conductor is responsible for managing his train, whether it's a freight or passenger train, and he supervises the train's crew. The conductor and the engineer, who manages the locomotives, have joint responsibility for the train's safety and for enforcing the rail line's rules and regulations. The conductor signals the engineer when to start and stop the train and keeps a log of each trip.

Directed a team of 70 personnel who provided daily police, law enforcement and security services for a 4,200 acre base installation with 65K employees and visitors annually. Allocated and designated personnel to security patrols and posts in order to protect perimeter and gate security. Set and enforced security and safety policy and procedure.* Oversaw daily anti-terrorism, security and safety training exercises. Provided advanced weapons training, equipment technical guidance and weapons maintenance for up to 9,985 students including Air Force Academy trainees. Inspected, maintained and repaired up to 880 weapons, other equipment, ammunition, ranges and facilities valued at $5.5M.Weapons and Equipment Maintenance:* Inspected, repaired and maintained all weapons from handguns to crew-served automatic weapons. * Disassembled, troubleshot, repaired and reassembled weapons using precision gauges, measurements and instruments as well as hand tools and vices. Ensured precision measuring equipment was calibrated.* Conducted semi-annual inspection of all weapons inventory with precision instruments to ensure weapons were operating to exact specifications; prevented equipment malfunctions and avoided serious safety hazards.* Performed annual inventory of weapons and weapons parts and quarterly ammunition inventory to ensure 100% inventory accountability.
